Business Wire reported that ReturnPro, a leader in returns management and recommerce, has acquired iF Returns, an enterprise returns technology platform serving more than 200 brands across Europe. The deal adds proven post-purchase technology that ReturnPro can extend to its existing U.S. customers while creating a foundation for international expansion under Jelle Schoenmaker, CEO International at ReturnPro. iF Returns' technology converts a significant share of would-be refunds into exchanges and new purchases, and is used by global brands including Desigual, Miroglio Group and Champion. The acquisition pairs iF Returns' front-end exchange technology with ReturnPro's end-to-end reverse supply chain and ReCommerce capabilities, reinforcing ReturnPro's position as it processes more than 45 million units annually and continues expanding its reach with retail and marketplace partners worldwide.
